We have been targeted by malicious spammers who have hacked in and appropriated scripts on this page to send countless unsolicited advertising links. These links would be quite revolting to many of our visitors and are a sad reflection on the behaviour of the instigators.
We apologise to any of our visitors (and any other members of the public) who may have been affected.
As a result we find no alternative but to disable our Virtual Cards facility and in the meantime will seek help to see if they can be reinstated with sufficient security to prevent a recurrence.
Our site-hosts tell us that we are not the worst affected site and this scam has become very widespread recently. As a general rule do not open any e-card which arrives in your email unless you are absolutely sure who is the sender.
